About a year and a half ago I started production on a short with a small group of co-workers at Pixar. The goal was to create a proof of concept that would allow us to test ourselves in roles we had never been in before at the studio. For me it was to test my director skills. These videos represent a WIP on that teaser.
This was the first storyboard animatic that was created for the short.
This is the final animatic that we took into Layout.
This is one of the later iterations of layout. From here we started assigning shots to animators.
